Too aggressive for my own good! Whenever will I learn?!
A nice event just outside Somerville, with about 18 women on the line. After 4 or 5 laps of trailing like a bunch of ducks around the course, I took matters into my own hands and attacked on the one rise on the course. Betty Tyrell countered, and I got on her, but when the pack got us back a lap later, I couldn't hang on to her teammate Mara's counter. Trisha Church of Verducci & I did manage to stay in no-mans land for the remainder of the race, sprinting for third.
Oh well, fourth is...third loser??
